Tecnoambiente has received third prize for “best practice for risk control” awarded by Asepeyo for the project that it has been implementing in Guinea-Conakry since May 2015.
The consultancy project that Tecnoambiente is implementing for Atlantic Mining in Guinea-Conakry coincided with the Ebola outbreak in the country. This meant that extraordinary measures had to be taken in workplace risk prevention (with the drafting and monitoring of protocol for action, before, during and after the campaigns, an integrated emergency plan and some adjustments to the crisis committee protocol) so that the project could go ahead as expected.
