Tradebe in numbers

Our sales have grown from 37 million Euros in 1999 to 200 million Euros in 2009 in only one decade. Tradebe employs more than 1000 people worldwide.
In 2007 Tradebe reached sales of 150 million Euros, which accounts to a growth of 19% from 2006
In 2008, our sales were over 200 million Euros, which amounts to a growth of 45% (from 2006) this was achieved by the treated more than 2 million Tonnes of waste.
In 2009, ous sales were around 200 milion Euros.
Historic Evolution
1978: FRAGSA acquisition. Since 1975 this company has specialized in the management and treatment of out of service cars through fragmentation and metal separation
1989: ECOIMSA obtained the permit to pick up refinery waste generated from ships (MARPOL annex 1)
1990: FRAGNOR acquisition, Fragmentation facility located at (Vizcaya).
1992: LUNAGUA entered the Tradebe Group and in 1994 became involved in industrial waste management
1997: INTRAVAL is created to develop new lines of activities in consulting, engineering and waste treatment for urban solid waste.
1998: Creation of PROINTRAVAL for the construction and exploitation of a facility to obtain compost
2002: Acquisition of ECOLOGIA QUIMICA (EQ) located at Den Gualba (BVarcelona), this company specialized\s in dissolvent recycling used for the industry.
With the acquisition of LINERSA, Tradebe’s presence is consolidated in Pais Vasco, a strategic location for the development of our business
2002: USA entry, through the creation of RECOVERY & RECYCLING SOLUTIONS LP (RRS) located in Houston, Texas, which is the heart of the oil industry in USA
2003: UK entry, through the acquisition of WILLACY OIL SERVICES (WOS) established in 1989. WOS provides a wide range of services and facilities for total oily sludge management
2003: TECNOAMBIENTE acquisition, this company is a pioneer in environmental consulting in Spain
2004: Soil Decontamination starts
2006-2007: Presence in UK grows stronger with the acquisition of AWS, TRADEBE GWENT and NORTH WEST
2008: Relevant presence in USA with the acquisition of PSI (New Orleans), and PCI (Chicago)
2009: Tradebe acquires a residue incineration complex in Fawley ( United Kingdom)
