Our sales have grown from 40 million Euros in 2000 to 240 million Euros in 2009 in only one decade. Tradebe employs more than 1200 people worldwide.
In 2009, ous sales were around 200 milion Euros.
In 2010, ours sales were around €210K in the environmental field, more than €20K from Construcciones Caler (50% of Tradebe) and € 10K in the new business line Tradebe Port Services (TPS)
In 2011 our sales were around € 300 million in the environmental division, more than €12K from Construcciones Caler (50% of Tradebe) and € 8K in the new business line Tradebe Port Services (TPS)
Historic Evolution
2011:
Tradebe has begun operations at two new facilities in Spain, Tradebe
Vallbona (metals recovery plant) and Tradebe Valdilecha (environmental centre)
2011:
Acquisition of United Industrial Services (UIS) in the
United States.United is a diversified environmental services company that since 1976 has operated
the largest regional network of RCRA permitted facilities in the Northeast, and operates five RCRA
Part B. United also owns and operates a diverse fleet of waste transportation vehicles including
over 150 vacuum trucks, bulk transporters, roll-off trailers, and other specialty
vehicles.
2011
: SRM acquisition leading company in the UK for substitute liquid
fuels (SLF) and the European leader in solvent recycling. MRM, a subsidiary of SRM specializes in
the recycling of waste containing minerals into useful raw material for use in the cement industry.
SRM and MRM have 7 operating sites in the UK.
2010:
Acquisition in the UK the company BRITCARE LTD., whereby Tradebe
provide collection services and hospital waste through a unique
technology and a fleet of specialized vehicles.
2009:
Tradebe acquires a residue incineration complex in Fawley ( United
Kingdom)
2008:
Relevant presence in USA with the acquisition of PSI (New Orleans),
and PCI (Chicago)
2006-2007:
Presence in UK grows stronger with the acquisition of AWS, TRADEBE
GWENT and NORTH WEST
2004:
Soil Decontamination starts
2003:
TECNOAMBIENTE acquisition, this company is a pioneer in environmental
consulting in Spain
2003:
UK entry, through the acquisition of WILLACY OIL SERVICES (WOS)
established in 1989. WOS provides a wide range of services and facilities for total oily sludge
management
2002:
USA entry, through the creation of RECOVERY & RECYCLING SOLUTIONS
LP (RRS) located in Houston, Texas, which is the heart of the oil industry in USA
2002:
Acquisition of ECOLOGIA QUIMICA (EQ) located at Den Gualba
(BVarcelona), this company specialized\s in dissolvent recycling used for the
industry.
With the acquisition of LINERSA, Tradebe’s presence is consolidated in
Pais Vasco, a strategic location for the development of our business
1998:
Creation of PROINTRAVAL for the construction and exploitation of a
facility to obtain compost
1997:
INTRAVAL is created to develop new lines of activities in
consulting, engineering and waste treatment for urban solid waste.
1992:
LUNAGUA entered the Tradebe Group and in 1994 became involved in
industrial waste management
1990:
FRAGNOR acquisition, Fragmentation facility located at
(Vizcaya).
1989:
ECOIMSA obtained the permit to pick up refinery waste generated from
ships (MARPOL annex 1)
1978:
FRAGSA acquisition. Since 1975 this company has specialized in the
management and treatment of out of service cars through fragmentation and metal
separation
