In its installations located in Jorba, quality compost is obtained from organic elements separated from municipal wastes, organic wastes from the agricultural and food industries, and sewage sludge and plant material from horticultural activities.

In 2004, the installations were enlarged, which increased the treatment capacity of the plant from 3,500 T/year to 42,000 T/year.
