Tradebe

Tradebe is a pioneer in the introduction of different technologies, such as thermal desorption at oil refineries and robotic technology for tank cleaning. It provides cleaning and treatment services for refinery waste, short term on site treatments through its mobile equipment or long term options through its fixed treatment facilities.

Services offered with Mobile plants are:

• Sump cleaning: includes removal, centrifugation and final management of sump that may be cleaned in or out of service. Tradebe has remote controlled robots that allow sludge extraction while the sumps are in use.
• Automatic or manual cleaning of crude oil tanks:  Tradebe uses its own system developed by the Group for automated cleaning of crude oil tanks using robots or skilled personnel for manual tank cleaning.
• Measurement of sludge quantities present in crude oil tanks (SPOT System). Sonar system that permits quantification and localisation of sludge banks present in crude oil tanks.

The services offered using fixed plants include:

• Total treatment plants for biological and oily sludge using centrifugation and low and high temperature thermal desorption
• Operation and Maintenance services for sludge plants
• Management services for refinery waste
• Plants for the reduction of moisture and volatile content in solids (catalyst fines, coke fines and others) from immobile sections of the different units of the refinery, FCC unit or coke unit using high-speed mechanical centrifugation.
