Mechanical Engineering

With changes in legislation, general R&D and specific job requirements, Willacy Oil Services is able to design, manufacture and assemble in house at the  Sandycroft facility. This enables a quick response time and minimises delays due to external suppliers and bureaucracy.

The Engineering Department has the flexibility to tailor make equipment based upon customer requirements coupled with a wide range of experience

Electrical Engineering

The Electrical Department offers custom designed and built control panels manufactured in-house which compliment the range of bespoke equipment supplied by Willacy Oil Services Ltd. All our Control Panels and other Electrical Control Equipment is supplied fully ATEX compliant for Hazardous Area Zones 1 and 2.

Special Projects

The Engineering Department also design and project manage the installation of fixed oil processing facilities inside refineries to deal with oily waste on a daily basis. By closely working with the customer we are able to provide solutions, build equipment and produce documentation to meet individual specifications that vary from country to country and indeed refinery to refinery.
