Tradebe is committed to the personal and professional growth of every member of our team.  We created the Tradebe Learning Academy to provide employees the opportunity to see, do and become the people they aspire to be.  The Tradebe Learning Academy provides blended learning solutions that help individuals build personal capability, develop leadership capability and impact organizational capability.  Solutions are delivered through multiple modalities and meeting the learner where they are in their career journey.  To accomplish this, the Tradebe Learning Academy has four capability development tracks:

• Management & Leadership
• Emerging Leaders
• Organizational Development

Even a global pandemic did not stop us from providing capability development opportunities.  The Tradebe Learning Academy quickly pivoted to support the business and continued capability development initiatives virtually, all the while staying true to the purpose of each development track.

To ensure Tradebe employees have access to development opportunities at any time and any place, we launched the first phase of Mind Tools, the cloud-based learning tool of the Tradebe Learning Academy.  With Mind Tools, enrolled participants have access to a virtual library of over 2,000 resources covering 12 key skill areas, as well as content customized by the Tradebe Learning Academy.  We continue to partner with other, key, select vendors such as DX Learning Solutions to ensure we have the right development solutions, at the right time and with sustained impact.
