Tradebe Environmental Services acquires Spirit, a leading battery recycling company in Italy

Barcelona, March 23, 2026 – Tradebe Environmental Services has acquired Spirit, a leading company in electric battery recycling and the recovery of critical metals such as tungsten and molybdenum in Italy. This transaction reinforces the multinational company’s commitment to recycling, sustainability, and the circular economy by incorporating Spirit’s technical expertise and innovation into its service portfolio.
The integration of Spirit will enable Tradebe to expand its capabilities in battery recycling and the recovery of strategic materials, increasing its presence in the European market and opening up new opportunities for international circular economy projects.
