We process over 300,000 tons per year

Specialized in the recovery and treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, as well as in the recycling of post-fragmentation plastics. we can process over 300,000 tons per year. We have three authorized facilities  in Spain located in Vallbona Anoia (Catalonia), Amorebieta (Basque Country), and Santecilla de Mena (Castilla y León). 

In these facilities, the ferrous fraction (fragmented scrap – E40) and non-ferrous fraction (Aluminum Twitch, Copper, Zinc, etc.) are separated for subsequent commercialization to the steel industry and metallurgical industry. Additionally, the plastic fraction is recovered and recycled (Polyolefins and thermoplastics) and tits also used to manufacture alternative fuels for kilns.

With over 40 years of experience in the sector and being the first end-of-life vehicle shredder in Spain, our team of over 60 professionals is dedicated to meeting the highest standards of quality and customer service. Our main activities include the recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap through fragmentation and post-fragmentation separation, allowing us to be market leaders and obtain materials that meet the standards to be considered products (Regulation 333/2011 – Iron/Metals and Regulation 715/2013 – Copper).

We treate wiide array of materials

We have various installations and specialized process lines for the fragmentation and post-fragmentation of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and fragmentation residues, supported by 4000 HP and 3200 HP shredders, cyclones for fine treatment, separation lines using Eddy Currents, optical sensors, and flotation lines, as well as granulators. These capabilities allow us to treat a wide array of materials: In the terms of ferrous metals, we offer our fragmentation capability for scrap from recycling centers, dismantling operations, and municipal scrap, including materials from recycling centers such as iron cans. For non-ferrous metals, we offer advanced techniques to separate aluminum, stainless steel, copper cables, electronic boards, copper, brass, and zinc

Moreover, we comprehensively manage end-of-life vehicles (ELV), from collection and document management to decontamination, parts sale, and parts reecycling. For electrical and electronic equipment, we ensure proper management and traceability from reception to treatment, ensuring the appropriate disposal of waste by authorized suppliers. 

Our capacity extends to the management, treatment, and separation of different ferrous and non-ferrous fractions from fragmentation residues, such as zorbas, zebras, zurik, electric motors, and fragmentation rejects.

In the realm of plastics from fragmentation residues (WEEE/ELVs), we manage, treat, and separate various plastic families (PE, PP, ABS, PS) for their subsequent reuse, contributing to the recycling and injection of new plastics. 

Additionally, through the treatment, separation, and preparation of different material fractions, we obtain refuse-derived fuel (RDF) optimized for consumption by cement kins.
