Barcelona, 23rd July: Tradebe acquires certain assets of COMSA Environment. This is the company’s third acquisition in 2018, its first in Spain this year, and is part of Tradebe’s strategy of continued and sustainable growth.
The assets acquired include the management, treatment and recovery of industrial waste and enable the company to increase sales by €20 million and to reinforce its team with the integration of 120 new employees.
The Chief Executive Officer of Tradebe Spain, Iñaki Zaldúa, said, "This is an important acquisition for Tradebe Spain since it allows us to expand our range of services. The acquisition will support the growth of all our operations in Spain and will significantly increase our network of environmental management services”.
